John Timmons, a graduate of Indian River High School who received a B.S. in Marketing from Salisbury University in 1991, has been a constant, leading producer for Seacoast Realty for the last 10 years. John, like his brother Andrew, has extensive experience in most areas of real estate here in Sussex County and is well versed in all levels of large and small-scale development, from procuring contracts on raw land to obtaining all required permitting for "record-plat".
