Andy was born and raised in the Bethany Beach area and is a 12th generation Timmons from the Delmarva area. He is a 1990 graduate of Indian River High School and received his BS in Chemistry from Elon University in 1994. After college he briefly worked for LabCorp and as an Elon University faculty member. He quickly realized that his talents were perfect for the business world and in 1996 he enrolled at the Business School at UNC-Chapel Hill while also obtaining his real-estate license.
Andy began his real-estate career at the age of 24 and has been selling non-stop since that time. In 1997 he graduated with Honors from the National Realtors Institute (GRI). In 2002 he graduated with honors while obtaining the highly sought after CCIM designation (a.k.a. PhD of commercial real-estate). Andy is a licensed real-estate Broker in DE, MD, and NC.
Andy moved back to DE in 2002 and has since sold well over $100 million in real-estate. He currently has over $500 Million in outstanding real-estate contracts and countless premium real-estate listings. He owns real-estate throughout DE, MD, VA, and the Outer Banks of NC. Andy is an owner and developer of Millville by the Sea, “Delaware’s Next Great Beach Town”. Simply put, Andy always protects the best interests of his clients and is dedicated to selling and marketing real-estate utilizing the most current technological resources.
